On February 20, 2024, the Seattle City Council met with Council President Sara Nelson presiding. Deputy Mayor Tiffany Washington delivered Mayor Harrell's State of the City Address. A Proclamation was presented for the "Day of Remembrance For The Japanese American Incarceration During WWII." Public comments were heard, and various council agendas and calendars were approved, including the adoption of bills and committee reports. Clerk File 314532 was accepted and filed, and an appeal to a City Council exclusion was scheduled for consideration at a future meeting. The Council also convened in Executive Session to discuss litigation before adjourning with no further business.
